Where is the clinic and how do I get there?

Joy Luck Clinic is on the 3rd floor of the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Bangkok Menam Riverside, 2074 Charoen Krung Road, Bang Kho Laem, Bangkok 10120, on the Chao Phraya riverside. You can reach us by car, taxi or Chao Phraya express boat.

What are the opening hours?

Open daily, 11:00–19:00. We recommend messaging us on LINE beforehand to confirm availability before travelling.

Do I need an appointment?

We recommend booking ahead via LINE @joyluckclinic or by calling +66 82-837-0888 to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

How long does a first visit take?

A first visit typically takes around 50–60 minutes, including history-taking and assessment by a TCM practitioner. Actual duration depends on the service chosen and the practitioner’s judgement.

How much does it cost?

À la carte services start from ฿800–1,000, and Heritage Combos from ฿1,390. See the Services & Pricing page for the full list. Prices shown are net and inclusive of VAT, with no additional charges beyond the items listed, and are identical to the rates posted at the clinic. Rates current as of 8 August 2026.

Is there parking?

Parking is available at the Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside. Please ask our staff about parking details when you book.

Are the practitioners licensed?

Yes. Every practitioner holds a Thai licence to practise the art of healing in the branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine; individual licence numbers are published on our Doctors page. The clinic itself holds medical facility licence no. 10109001969, registered as จอยรักษ์คลินิกการประกอบโรคศิลปะ สาขาการแพทย์แผนจีน.

What languages do you speak?

We serve patients in Thai, English and Chinese.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, credit cards and QR PromptPay transfers. Please ask at the clinic for details.

What should I wear or bring?

Loose, comfortable clothing that can be rolled up easily is best. If you have recent test results or a list of medications you are taking, you are welcome to bring them for the practitioner to consider.

Can I claim on health insurance?

Please check coverage terms directly with your insurer. The clinic can issue an official receipt for your claim.
